I am relatively new to swimming in fact I am going to do a swim course at the end of this month and i need to get some swim wear.

In the way of swim caps should I get a latex or silicone cap ?

Hello and Welcome  :)

I'm not too sure what the difference is between the two, I have one of each and can hardly tell them apart, I think the latex one is slightly thicker. Also, some people can be allergic to latex, so they would choose the silicone ones.

Hope that helps :)

Good luck with your swimming course  8)

My favorite is sililicone cause i think it stays on better than the other. When yew push off a wall yew dont have worry about it slidin off :)Hope that helps and good luck swimming :D

The only problem i have with swim caps is... I can't get them big enough! its a real struggle for them to cover my head and when its on it looks like it will pop off at any moment :o
