I am relatively new to swimming in fact I am going to do a swim course at the end of this month and i need to get some swim wear.

In the way of swim caps should I get a latex or silicone cap ?

Hello and Welcome  Smiley

I'm not too sure what the difference is between the two, I have one of each and can hardly tell them apart, I think the latex one is slightly thicker. Also, some people can be allergic to latex, so they would choose the silicone ones.

Hope that helps Smiley

Good luck with your swimming course  Cool

The only problem i have with swim caps is... I can't get them big enough! its a real struggle for them to cover my head and when its on it looks like it will pop off at any moment Shocked laugh
