I'd seriously advise against it.

Just watch your diet, adapt workouts to suit yourself and that should be enough, if its not then its maybe worth consulting a professional

I'd strongly recommend you to opt out of using pills.

Just concentrate on diet regulation, exercise and a healthy lifestyle.

I third that. You have no idea whats in the pills your taking and if you read the lable and then google every substance you would be head screwed. You want to loose weight then you need to watch the carb and calory intake and make sure that you up your work outs. The thing that does the most is your resting metabolic rate. This is raised by increasing muscle and means that your body uses a higher level of calories when your just sitting around!!
