I like to swim in the lakes... I like lakes which are a bit hide out.. They are some nature loving places... :D

Im more of a indoor swimmer. dont like outdoor lakes or sea. I find it dangerous.

Your right it can be dangerous, but there are steps to make it more safe and enjoyable :)

Do you prefer a 25m or a 50m pool? i prefer a 50m myself  :)

According to me I think lake is the best place to swim.I have a very good experience of swimming in the lake illegally 2 months back.But I enjoyed a lot.
