Open Water Swimming in High Definition!
« on: April 02, 2010, 10:53:46 PM »

A very quick swim in the sea @ 7Celcius

This was me swimming in Sannox Bay on the Isle of Arran on the 16th of March

It had been a while since I've been in such cold water so I certainly didn't want to push it by staying in for any length of time, 60seconds was enough!

Had to laugh.60 seconds-It would taken you longer to get the suit on than time spent in the water ::)
