Fritton Lake, Norfolk, East Anglia, offers practice open water sessions on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. The regular weekly sessions provide you with the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing swim or to train in open water for a specific sport. There are coaches available to provide coaching and practical tips on developing the skills needed for the race. The coaches can take you through all aspects of the swim from the start of the race to exit of the swim. This is a great way to build your confidence leading up to the race.
May- October
Saturday Sessions – 8:30am to 10:30am
Tuesday Sessions – 5:00pm to 7:00pm Cost per session: £5.00
