Thats Interesting, the picture at the top works perfectly in FireFox but not in Internet Explorer. I'll try fix it now 

Edit: sorted the image at the top, all i was missing was a > in my code

I have got mine working. To change the settings, go to User Control PAnel, then click "Forum Profile Information" on the left hand side, it should work from there but let me know if it doesnt.

When I try I get this:

"The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved."

looks like the "upload directory" is accessable only with admin privileges.
